Part of our secret behind the long lasting painting results is how much time we spend on the preparation. We cover all the P's: Powerwashing, Prepping, Priming, Painting and Perfecting.  We believe that the prep work is the most important part to the painting job.


As skilled painting professionals in Colorado Springs, our exterior preparation includes power washing, sanding to eliminate loose and chipped wood, replacing rotten wood, priming exposed wood to create a proper bond to the new paint, and finally applying your selected color. In some instances, a single coat of high-quality Sherwin-Williams paint is sufficient, while other projects may require two coats. We pay close attention to these details and will discuss our recommendations with you before starting the painting project. Moreover, we understand that while power washing can be a vigorous process, certain houses, like wood cabins, may not endure the pressure. We develop a customized plan suited to your painting needs, avoiding one-size-fits-all solutions.
